With the closing of Bert’s Burger Bowl, some of us were worried that Olea would take a break and disappear from the Santa Fe food scene for a while.

But no worries. Olea will be back with Sazon at 221 Shelby Street. We’re thrilled. This is a man who knows his way around a kitchen and the Santa Fe culinary world.
